Click Book here to enquire online. This will take you to our Freetobook link. I will then send you our own booking form with information about how to pay.You can also leave a message by clicking the Ask about Seagulls box 


  • Lets are from Saturday to Saturday.

  • Arrivals after 4pm. Please vacate by 10am. 

  • Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair can be made available at no extra cost if requested but please bring your own cot bedding.

  • Maximum occupancy is 6 persons not counting the child in the cot.

  • Electricity and heating are included. There are no extra charges.

  • Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.

  • A deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking.

  • Please see our booking conditions on the booking form.

  • The balance must be paid 56 days prior to arrival.  

  • Unfortunately, we cannot at present accept credit or debit card payments. 

  • Bank transfers are possible by arrangement.


If you Cancel -

  • More than 56 days before arrival date - Full deposit will be refunded

  • Between 29-56 days before the arrival date, you will lose your deposit

  • Between 15-28 days before the arrival date, you lose your deposit an be charged 75% of the fee

  • Between 1-14 days before the arrival date, you lose your deposit an be charged 90% of the fee

Note: We will refund in full if we subsequently fill the vacancy.

Bedding, towels, electricity and heating are included.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.

Payment:  You can pay by cheque or Bank Transfer

       Covid 19 Booking Terms

Before entry:

Please make sure that you advise us if any of your group have had Covid 19 symptoms with 14 days of entry. This will mean that you will have to cancel.  We will offer alternative dates if possible but will not be able to offer a refund. We will however refund if we are able to re-let the week.

In the event of a National Lockdown or local lockdown in our area or your area we will offer to re schedule which is our preferred option or refund.

The Nightmare Scenario

If any guests develop Covid 19 symptoms during your stay the NHS 111 service must be informed. You will be required to return home. If any guests are too ill to travel please understand that you will be liable to pay for an extended stay.
